Tom Peddecord

Tom Peddecord graduated with "High Honors” from Le Cordon Bleu Western Culinary Institute in Portland in March of 1998. While attending Western Culinary Tom was the recipient of the Ray and Gloria Marshall Scholarship, a national competition. Chef Tom served an internship under Chef Andrew Fairlie at the world-renowned and Michelin starred restaurant, One Devonshire Gardens in Glasgow, Scotland. Chef Tom gained additional culinary experience at the Imperial Hotel and Paragon restaurant in Portland and the Columbia Gorge Hotel in Hood River. Chef Tom is an active member of the American Culinary Federation and is an ACF certified chef. Chef Tom and wife Linda owned their own catering company in West Linn. Chef Tom and Linda also were the "in-house” caterers for the city of Wilsonville city council and library board.
